Heart Coffee Cup-Stamprints

My eye was caught by this cute image from Stamprints Etsy. You can also check out more here on the Stamprints Blog.

I used my Prismacolor pencils to colour the image. Colours chosen were a combination of teals and some black to create shadows.

I fussy cut the image and attached it to a custom made background. The background was created using Distress Oxide ink in Vintage Photo and Walnut. I used the bottom of 2 different sized mugs to stamp the “coffee stains”onto the water colour paper that was previously stained with a watered down coffee mixture. Once dry I brushed off the coffee grounds.
